Job Responsibilities
•  Interpret the drug data correctly
•  Analyze attributes of drug data using authenticate sources from web and sources provided
•  Provide reports for the ongoing tasks
•  Identify, analyze, and interpret different trends of drug data
•  Filter and review the drug data to achieve quality
• Correct understanding of medical prescriptions and validating them properly
•  Validation of orders placed
•  Good knowledge of regulatory aspects in reference to Drug & Cosmetic Act
• Knowledge related to the brand name of the medicines and their substitutes
•   Track new products and does data entry as necessary
•  Closely co-ordinate with the customer support team. Send and receive email messages to/from the customer services team to solve the issues in the specified time frame
•  Answer routine customer service queries and refer the concerned person if required
•  Sound knowledge of Pharmacology

Candidate Profile :
• B.Pharm, M.Pharm
• Ability to effectively communicate scientific and medical information and data to a wide audience
• Ability to assimilate information quickly and effectively identify and present key messages
• Strong technical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility through effective innovative leadership ability
• Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
