Educational Qualification
Degree OR Diploma in Pharmacy (50%) & Registration in Pharmacy Council.

Remuneration: Consolidated remuneration @ Rs. 10000/- per month

Age: 18 - 64 years (as on 1 January, 2016)

TERMS &CONDITIONS

1.Application Fee: 
For SC/ST/Handicap/Female Candidates: Candidates have to pay Rs.200/-

For Other Candidates: Candidates have to pay Rs.400/-

through Demand draft in Favour of District Health Samiti, Sukma.

2. The candidate must be a resident of the Chhattisgarh State

3. Sukma  District Candidates Priority first

4. Candidate should have Registered in UGC / AICTE Council.

5. Selection Process
a. The final selection will be made based on list

     2.Experience  10% (one year 02%)
     3. Skill test     20%
