Job description 
• Identify any anomalies in patient reported data that require further investigation with the clinical site to determine overall accuracy 
• Review all inclusion and exclusion criteria to ensure each patient meets minimum level of acceptance into the clinical trial
• Review investigation product dosing records to determine adherence to protocol and identify possible inaccurate / missed dosages 
• Review all reported Adverse Events (AEs), Concomitant Medication and medical history information to ensure all supporting information is expected and/or implausible data is verified and adherence to protocol expectations and its impact on other patient reported/observed information (e.g., laboratory results, AEs, etc.) 
• Ensure end-of-treatment (EOT) and end-of-study (EOS) information is correctly documented to determine primary reason for the patient ending treatment or ending participation in the clinical trial 
• Review all laboratory results to ensure completeness of information and adherence to protocol schedule of events and determine if reported laboratory values represent a potential safety condition not reported in the AE information for the patient 
• Review any other information as necessary to determine overall readiness of the patient information for next level review

Candidate Profile :
• Should be a MBBS professional with 2 years & 6 months experience in any field
• Should have the understanding of clinical/medical data
• Must be from the Background of Medical Terminology/Pharmacology/Anatomy/Physiology  
• Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with Colleagues, Managers and with Stake holders

Reserve Bank Of India

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for preparing a panel to fill up 2 (two) posts (one unreserved and one reserved for Other Backward Classes*) of Medical Consultant (MC) on contract basis, with fixed hourly remuneration for dispensaries of Reserve Bank of India at its Office located at M G Road, Kanpur and Officers’ Quarters located at Civil Lines and Tilak Nagar, Kanpur, so as to reach the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department, Recruitment Section, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Kanpur - 208001 on or before January 18, 2016.

i. Applicant should possess MBBS degree of any recognized university by the Medical Council of India in the allopathic system of medicine.

ii. Applicants having post graduate degree in General Medicine can also apply.

vi. The Contract for engagement will be initially for a period of three years subject to review every year, which can be extended on such terms and conditions which are mutually agreeable to both the parties.

Selection Procedure

x. The Reserve Bank of India, Kanpur will be conducting an interview for selection of panel to engage 2 (two) (one unreserved and one reserved for Other Backward Classes) Medical Consultant (MC).

xi. Selection will be made through interview of eligible candidates. The Bank reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards etc. in order to limit the number of candidates to be called for interview. The decision of the Bank in this regard will be final. The Bank will not entertain any correspondence with the applicants who are not been called for the interview.

xii. The Board of Interview will have at least one qualified medical professional.

xiii. The shortlisted applicant/s after interview will be subjected to medical tests as per prescribed norms before engagement of the services of Medical Consultant (MC).

xiv. Candidates selected for the post will be appointed subject to their being found medically fit and acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Contract as per Annex – IIand Code of Conduct as per Annex - III.

xv. The selected applicant has to sign an agreement for Contract with the Bank before engagement of the services of Medical Consultant (on contract basis) with fixed hourly remuneration.
